As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee a team of skilled technicians, implementing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and SAP to streamline maintenance processes. Your daily tasks will include scheduling maintenance activities, conducting equipment inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance activities of manufacturing equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks using CMMS and SAP.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven track record in preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Certification in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or similar methodologies.
• Familiarity with CMMS and SAP systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
