In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our ERP systems to support business operations and drive growth.

As an ERP Technical Consultant & System Administrator, you will work closely with business teams to understand their needs, configure ERP systems, and provide technical support. You will ensure the smooth operation of our ERP systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and configure ERP systems to meet business requirements.
• Maintain and optimize ERP systems for performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ERP systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and administration.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of database management and SQL.
• Experience with system administration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
