📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

• Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, including income, expense, and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and compliance management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
