As a Customer Education & Documentation Specialist at LearnWise Software International BV in Bali, you'll work closely with our customers to develop and deliver training programs that showcase the full potential of our educational software. You'll create user guides, video tutorials, and other resources that make it easy for universities to integrate our solutions into their teaching and learning processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive user manuals, quick start guides, and video tutorials for our educational software.
• Create training materials and conduct workshops to help universities effectively implement and utilize our platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and software developers to ensure documentation accurately reflects the latest features and functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support to customers by addressing their questions and concerns related to software usage.
• Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement in our documentation and training programs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in educational technology to continuously enhance our training materials.
• Contribute to the development of new training programs and resources to support the growth of our customer base.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral that highlights the value of our educational software to potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational technology, technical writing, or a related field.
• Proficient in creating user manuals, training materials, and video tutorials using tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and educational software platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience with Balinese culture and local customs is a plus.
