📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assisting the lead facilitator in delivering engaging and effective lessons in the field of science.
• Creating and implementing lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Providing individual and group support to students, including tutoring, mentoring, and academic advising.
• Using educational software, such as Google Classroom and Kahoot!, to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborating with the team to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives.
• Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to students and facilitators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or facilitating educational programs, preferably in the field of science.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.
