📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hotel, restaurant, and bar accounts in Bali.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies tailored to HORECA clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting and tracking sales performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent product knowledge and brand representation.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build and strengthen business relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the HORECA or beverage industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Knowledge of the wine and spirits industry, including product knowledge and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
