📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing potential corporate clients in the cleaning services sector
• Present and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor our cleaning service solutions accordingly
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cleaning services or facility management industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
• Knowledge of Indonesian market dynamics and corporate client needs is a plus
