📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze the cost of goods sold to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and maintain cost control systems, including standard costing and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, including cost of sales, cost of production, and cost allocation reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting standards, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
