📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.,Create tutorials, how-to guides, and other educational materials.,Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of existing documentation and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
