Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their operational skills.Resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
