📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
