📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs and materials.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure consistent quality of training.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.,Evaluate and improve training programs based on participant feedback and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer.,Proven track record of successful training programs.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
