📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, setting up event spaces, and managing event logistics.,Ensure that all banquet events are executed according to the company's standards and client requirements.,Maintain excellent communication with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.,Supervise and mentor junior banquet staff to ensure high-quality service and event execution.,Manage event budgets and ensure that all events are conducted within the allocated budget.,Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during event setup and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements for event management.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve event goals.
