📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to relevant authorities,Oversee the preparation of budget estimates and forecasts,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management,Manage payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus
