📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new sales opportunities.,Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key accounts, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers to ensure they make informed purchasing decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to identify and pursue new market opportunities.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the precision manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of the precision manufacturing industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to travel extensively, including to remote locations.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
