PT Tirta Prima is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for ensuring high-quality output. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Jimbaran, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with team members to plan, schedule, and monitor production tasks.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent production delays.,Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.,Generate and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet customer demands.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
