📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.,Familiarity with the tech industry is a plus.
