📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the structural design and analysis of projects, ensuring compliance with local and national building codes and standards.,Lead a team of structural engineers and support staff, providing technical guidance and mentorship.,Review and approve structural design drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.,Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Develop and implement structural engineering policies and procedures within the organization.,Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure overall project success.,Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and analysis.,Professional engineering license in Indonesia.,Familiarity with structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful project delivery.
