📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales assistants and cashiers to achieve daily sales targets.,Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling and financial transactions.,Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.,Conduct regular sales reports and provide insights for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in sales promotions and marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling software.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
