📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct financial audits and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.,Identify financial trends and opportunities, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.,Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all applicable regulations.,Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
