PT Pertiwi Baskoro is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to manage and grow our restaurant from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting specials and events.,Manage and develop the restaurant staff, providing training and support to ensure they meet high standards of service.,Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.,Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Experience with point-of-sale systems and data analysis tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote responsibilities.
