📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.
  • Documenting patient records and maintaining accurate medical charts.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to any changes or emergencies.
  • Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assisting in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.
  • Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active nursing license in Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
