In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Coordinate training and development programs,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
