📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Optimize food costs and inventory management.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle supplier relations and procurement.,Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
