📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio,Develop and implement business strategies to ensure growth and profitability,Manage and mentor a team of property managers and staff,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management,Implement and monitor property maintenance and improvement plans,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management, preferably in a high-volume, high-service environment,Proven track record of success in managing a property portfolio,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with local laws and regulations governing property management,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines🛠️ Keahlian
