📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain food quality and availability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
