📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.
  • Provide feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to continuously improve training programs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials and resources.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of learning theories and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant learning and development tools.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
