📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supermarket, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and store layout.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement data-driven initiatives to drive growth and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and human resources, to achieve business objectives.,Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities, and develop solutions to improve performance.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role in the retail or grocery industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and store layout.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving sales growth.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
