In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations, including cash handling, deposits, and withdrawals.,Ensure accurate financial transactions and maintain proper records.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Supervise and train junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle cashier-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Monitor cashier performance and provide feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a healthcare or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
