📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and screening.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
  • Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment metrics and KPIs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or professional with limited experience in recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
