📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with company objectives and employee needs.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by conducting interviews and assessments.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using training management software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Certifications in training and development are a plus.
