Den Crown Ekspansindo is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of successfully overseeing vehicle operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fleet, contributing to the overall success of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely delivery of goods or services.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and other operational metrics to optimize fleet performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.,Handle vehicle repairs and maintenance, either directly or by coordinating with external service providers.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other operational data.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
