📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead clinical service planning and development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and patient needs.
• Oversee infrastructure development and maintenance, including facility upgrades and equipment procurement.
• Manage and optimize clinical staffing, ensuring adequate resources and expertise are available to deliver high-quality care.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing clinical operations in a complex healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in using clinical operations software and tools, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
